civilengapps is operated by CivilEngApps, an individual enterprise in Rwanda, which is responsible for the Personal Information described in this policy. We handle Personal Information in accordance with the privacy law that applies to Us, including Law No. 058/2021 of 13/10/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy of Rwanda. To access, correct or delete Your Personal Information or to withdraw Your consent, please contact us.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use service providers to operate civilengapps: Lemon Squeezy processes payments and sales tax (it receives Your billing details and does not give Us Your card number), SendGrid delivers the e-mails We send You, and Sentry receives technical error reports. These providers process Personal Information on Our behalf and may do so outside Rwanda.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information is corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.
Additionally, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred globally.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
